Fresh plant milk in 3 easy steps
- Add. Put the stainless filter basket in place. Add about ½–1 cup of nuts, oats, seeds or grains, then add water up to the fill line. Add dates, vanilla or a pinch of salt if you like.
- Choose a program. Close the lid and select a program: Raw Nut Milk, Hot Nut Milk, Oat, Soy, Smooth, Chunky or Juice. Press start — most nut milks are ready in about 4–5 minutes.
- Pour & enjoy. The filter keeps the pulp inside, so you can pour smooth milk straight from the jug. Store it in a sealed bottle in the fridge and enjoy within 3–4 days.
Cleaning
Add water and run the Clean program, then rinse the filter basket. Never put the base in water.
Tips
- Creamier milk: use more nuts, or soak them for a few hours first.
- Oat milk: use the Oat program to keep it smooth, not slimy.
- Soy milk: always use the Soy program — soybeans must be cooked.
- Leftover pulp: bake it into granola, cookies or energy bites.
